Was a 10 yr customer and they tried to charge me $500 and sign a 4 yr contract to upgrade to wireless. Finally said forget it and told installer to hook my old system back up. Installer told me old system (which had worked for 10 years) couldn't be hooked up without upgrading keypads.... I asked him to wait while I called home office. Instead of waiting , HE RIPPED MY SYSTEM OUT AND LEFT WHILE I WAS ON THE PHONE IN THE OTHER ROOM.
Here is a link to some reviews of security companies. I went with a small carrier that has been great and I only pay $15 per month with NO contract.
CPI wanted a 4 year $50 per month contract!

P.S. THEY ARE STILL BILLING ME FOR MONITORING AS WELL AS CALLING ME ALMOST DAILY AFTER I ASKED THEM TO LEAVE ME ALONE!
