Beware!!!!, I checked my online banking and found 2 charges from this company. Who are they!!?? More importantly, how did they get my info??
I went to the website listed on my account, CPIpay.com and the phone number they provide was disconnected or no longer in service when I called. They have a form to fill out when you question charges, but when you try to submit it, nothing happens.
I called my bank and told them I had no idea what these charges were for and that they had not been approved. Luckily, according to my customer service rep., the bank had already issued me a new card, knowing something was wrong. I cancelled my current card and got the info I needed to file a dispute. I will get my money back sooner or later, after the dispute has been finished. That amount is only $48.95 total, but in today's economy, thats alot!
I urge anyone who sees charges from these guys to immediately call your bank, tell them what is going on and please, please file a dispute! your bank should work with you and you should get your money back.
