CPN Headquarters shawn odell Stole $59.99 from me, outright theft Internet
I purchased the "CPN Platinum Package" from http://www.cpnheadquarters.com/ for $59.99. I paid through PayPal. I did not receive a single email or product from them for two weeks. Then I receive an email out of the blue with the following:
"We apologize for the delay on your Validated CPN. We experienced some server issues yesterday and were unable to finalize your CPN. We expect everything to be completed by this afternoon. Attached you will find the other information that was included with your CPN Bundle."
The "ebooks" were just advertisements. At this point, I knew something was wrong. So I opened a PayPal dispute. Unfortunately I lose the dispute because paypal said it was a digital/intangible product!
In summary, I lose $59.99 to this scumbag scammer!! DO NOT do business with:
