On June 23 2015 

Me and a friend paid for serving of our credit for deletions of negitive items off our report . Paid $150.00 for the services . 

jeanie (owner) only replied with email (company doesnt not pick up the phone ) stating that she could do the work with payment 30 to 45 days later and also sign up with equifax to get a tri merge  (4.95 x2 plus 19.95 x2 )there was no change in the reports . As of July 27 of 2015  . I  had to call all 3 bureaus myself just to find the only place that was contacted on my file was Equifax  and the only way to get removals was to do int my self with a identy theft package that i had already submitted years ago to get new disputes .

My parterner file was nothing done at all no letter no nothing .

Contacted jeanie thru email for updates was informed that the work was completed and also infrom her of my studies and have not gotten a reply back. So today i email asking for a full refund July27of 2015 i wrote asking for a full refund still with no reply ...

p.s i was informed by Equfax that the letter that she sent out work 10 years ago and repairing credit takes more then just a letter.

Of course you can't please everyone.  And there might be another side to the story. Here is my version of how she has treated me and my dealings with her.

She is a stand up business woman that makes good on her services. Yes there have been a few small issues due to some of the vendors that she works with. But she has more than made up for other peoples mistakes.

She refunded my money promtly in one case and did services free of charge to make up for the trouble. She and her company are 150% in my book.  

And she allows to paid via google wallet and Zelle so you can use your bank card for added security.  I do not deal with Money Gram/ Western Union payments only. Bg RED FLAG....


This happens no more

I happen to know first hand that a letter to the credit reporting agencies can and will delete things from your credit report. You just need to know what to write and what other LITTLE steps to take. 

I reached out to Jeannie for CPN and tradeline services and so far she has been great. I received my CPN number and profile before expected and she has kept me up to date on the entire process. Her customer service has been fantastic and she always makes sure my questions are answered.  

If you're expecting to get changes over night then please don't bother Jeannie. She is too busy working on files and getting people a fresh start.  

I would give Jeannie 5 stars and 2 thumbs up.   She provides a great service at a fantastic price..
