CPO Commerce Unfair Hiring Practices Duluth Georgia
CPO Commerce has no idea how to start up a store. I found an ad online that stated they were looking for a sales associate. I applied for the position and interviewed with Phil Brown. He stated that he would be forwarding three resumes to the manager of the store. After a week I was contacted by Phil, who stated that Blake(the manager) had told him to make a decision on who to hire. I met with Phil and was made an offer, which I accepted.
Then after a week I contacted Phil and he told me that he was typing an offer letter. Then I went to the store to see if I could meet Blake. He and I talked for a while and I was told by Blake that I would be getting a call in the next few days to set up my schedule.
Then I wait another week and go back to the store and then to the office. I was then told that Blake wanted to repost the position to find someone with more sales experience.
BE CAREFUL if you apply to work for CPO.
