I Purchased an electrolux vaccuum from these folks because of their great description on ebay. Basically stating that if you did get a bad product you would get you money back. Not So. We received our vacuum and out of the box (not only did it look very used, not as most recondidtioned do) the switch or electronics had problems. Turns on when it wants and shuts off to. So I emailed the company. They told me to call electrolux , I said I owned it for a day and used for 1 hr. They explained a series of events that would have to happen before I could get a refund. I would have to get replacement parts , replace myself and if that didn't work they would look into a refund. I filed complaints with paypal- not as described and called back spoke to alex. He told be I had to call electrolux and get an authorization 1-800-896-9756 , I talked to Ben and told him what was happening, he said cpo-electrolux needs to give me my money back if within the 30 days. Called Alex back he asked me for a special number that I needed to get from them. They gave me no number and said no employee number he's the only ben. Alex said ok, email me the serial number and our order number and I will do what I can do. I havent heard back from Alex and see a planned pattern of run around. Don't advertise a good return policy when you don't have one at all. If you do don't honor it. Stay AWAY!
