CPS Security Very Rude. Hung up on me in middle of conversation disputing Check Returned fees San Antonio Texas
CPS Security sent me a 'Hot Check Priority Gram' and said I owed $207.56 for two returned checks including their fees. These checks that were supposedly returned were redeposited into my checking account 6 months after they supposedly bounced. But what is strange is they never bounced.
The checks went through my bank just fine. When I finally got someone on the phone from the company she was very rude and informed me that the company sent the wrong letter. I was supposed to just get a letter for their fees which totals $50.00. I told her that my bank account showed a $50.00 fee taken out of my checking account and she hung up on me.
