CPS Specialized LLC was started 1/5/2011 by SCOTT M MALONE under girlfriend's, Corina Tarrillo name after SDI HEAVY TRANSPORT LLC & Bestrate Transport Services LLC burnt and ripped off too many people. Same address, same rundown trucks and trailers, same DEADBEAT owners, still scaming others under a different name.
There is a growing number of Pilot escort cars, who worked escorting oversize loads in good faith, and never got paid.
Have reports that his trucks are not safe, poorly maintained, and this is from his own drivers; who do not seem to work for them very long. They ripoff their own drivers by not paying them.
Do not know the laws in OREGON, but how a business can close down, shift all it's assets into a new LLC, without giving notice to those they owe debts to, does not seem legal.
Many think SCOTT MALONE should be in jail. He hires people to work for his business knowing that he does not plan to pay them.
