Complaint Review: cps team 10 foster care

This has been the most horrific experience. my 3yr old, placed in a foster home june 7th 2013 because of nonsence. on nov 16th he was with me mom and 3 children at my home for visit where he was getting a diaper change in front of all. My 3yr old fought me to take his pants off...he NEVER does this. so i thought he had a rash, when i took his diaper off i saw no rash and became worried I calmly asked him why he was so upset. he said my other mommy hurt me. (and said her name) heart pounding i stayed calm still and wiped him roughly And asked "like this?"  "no mommy"  i said "show me how" he proceeded to stick his finger into his anus and say "like this" i cant fight back the tears!! i called the police and made them check him of course he wont say anything to anyone but me and our family! so i tell cps imagining they would do their jobs!! take my son out of the home he is in??!! NO! they flipped it around sent investigators to my mothers home where my 3children live and are threatening her! all of the sudden my son had said on 10/12/2013 but not mentioned until my report was done "my step father touched his peepee" my son hasnt seen step dad in almost a year bc we do visits at my home not their home and saturday is his day to hunt and go out! now cps is telling me i cannot have him around at visit and cant have him for thanksgiviing either!  I would really like publicity on this. I was in hoffmans court room and NOTHING WAS DONE 11/26/2013. this is inhumane what human makes up a story when a child could be in danger!!!??? my son is in daycare, he could be naming ppl he trusts bc he doesnt know the person who did this to him!! and they flip the script on my family i am livid and i need help please someone help me contact me at the number i provide lv a message text me if i do nt answer please show me what to do ! 6466761126 thank you!!! i an in search of publicity on this matter I will do whatever it takes for my son!!
