Cpu-net.com; Monsterisp.com, Monster-isp.com, Voodoocreations.com, Isprank.com,blazedot.com,novaisp RIP OFF, BAIT AND SWITCH, ACCOUNT BILLED 6X for Monthly Service Cape Coral Florida
I signed up for ISDN service with this company in December of 03. Not only was I overcharged for this crappy service, but I was also charged 6x for it.
In the month of December, I signed up for ISDN service with them. I asked them if it was unlimited service, and they said that it was. After about a week of service, it was disconnected because I had used too many hours. I called to find out what the deal was. After spending 3 hours on the phone with these idiots, they told me to stop bothering them, and go somewhere else.
Needless to say, I've disputed every single charge from these people, and I plan on signing from the roof tops about them. Their terms of service state,
PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCESSING THE SERVICE. BY ACCESSING THE SERVICE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BELOW. IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU MAY NOT ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.
By clicking the submit button, you agree that you will not dispute any charges MONSTER ISP deems correct, to your credit card. You also agree that by signing up with MONSTER ISP for Internet service, this does not make them liable for your connection to the Internet, the speed of the connection, or whether you are able to connected or not. You hereby agree that the service is valid and that any problems with your connection are the sole responsibility of the end-user (you) and not the responsibility of MONSTER ISP.
Furthermore, you agree that if you contest these charges, you will be liable for any amounts due, any cost to MONSTER ISP incurred as a result of the contested charges, and any fees that may be incurred in the collection of the debt as a result of the contested charge. You also agree that MONSTER ISP will charge a minimum internal fee of no less than $50.00 for each contested charge.
This is in the 1st paragraph.
I smell a lawsuit comming on. Anyone interested?

I was surfing the net and stumbled across this site and the consumer complaint. I have been a customer of VooDoo (cpu.net) for MANY years. I have been telling friends and family for years to use this service. I travel the USA in disc golf tournaments and business and this is how I can reach my home website (winthelotto.net) from anywhere in the USA.
I do have to admit that I do not use there dsl, but the dialup offer, and yet they have ALWAYS been quick to respond to any issues I have had, and I will continue to recommend this service over any other.

Dear readers,
very sad to read this post, which slanders not only one comapny but 3 companies, which lets me think about the validation of this report or is it a simple try of slander by competition.
However, this responde here is posted by cpu-net.com, and I know for sure that we do not charge our customers 6x for one Month of service. And than again, mistakes are made every where and so in billing. So, if a mistake is made, a customer charged more than he should pay, is refunded with no question ask.
So, we ask the author of this post to simply come forward and prove to us/or to ripoffreport.com those 6 times charges and we are more than happy to issue refund for those charges. But I know that this person will not come forward because I deeply think of thos report here being simply a compeditor posting.
