Complaint Review: CPU Parts International

I had a similar experience to some of the other people here. I ordered a Shuttle computer from CPU-Parts and they kept 'losing' the order and removing the order from their system becasue my credit card was 'refused'. They would not give me a phone number to call to sort things out and their 'Customer Service' person was quite evasive. Eventually, they stopped responding to my emails.

Then, I got a Fed Ex charge for a delivery to someone in another state and a charge from Aieon for $399 - no sign of a computer. This on the card that was supposed to be no good.

I protested the charges to my CC company and did a little investigation:

There are lots of little mis-spellings and errors in their applications to be registered.

I could not find a phone number or find them on Mapquest.

I made a written complaint to the Arkansas State Attorney General (http://www.ag.state.ar.us/index_high.htm) which is still pending. If you have had an unsatisfactory experience with these people, I hope that you will also make a complaint.

Their web sites look really nice, I'll give them that...
