I just happened to call the bank to find out my balance, x-mas time and all, and found out that my checking account was over-drawn. I went right to the bank and they found this check from CR Bancorp. I knew something was wrong when I saw the check number-a number that was used last year sometime.
I am lost-I don't know what to do-should I file a police report?
