On 5/14/2015 i was hired by CR England for the positoin of truck driver as a team. Our first route was to S.C. and upon arrival i was left solo to go thru 8 additional states.I repeatedly requested a second driver due to the hazards that come with the job/my being new,but was ignored every requset                                                                                                                                                                                                          I completed the routes fatigued, stressed out not knowing completely what to do.Family health issues also contributed to corect state of mind and thinking process which i made clear.I couldn't communicate as i wished because my only means to get a hold of anyone  was with a qualcom device or my cell phone which cannot be used when your behind the wheel of an 18 wheeler!                                                                                                                                                                                                                        Well, finally they're luck ran out trying to get away with only one driver, needless to say my luck as well. I scraped an underpass (ABOUT 2 FT.) to the 53 ft. trailer and that's when it became apparent that i needed a co-driver, and to terminate me i guess cause i know of too much wrong doing. In CR England's Apprentice Training Manual, Chapter 6 states that a spotter must be used at all times.(BY THE WAY THE 2 FT. IS HOW LONG THE SCRAPE WAS)                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              I was to complete my 9 month commitment on 2/14/2016 in order to pay my loan. I was offered a re- hire option by mail but later told that it was just fomality letter and now i'm getting harassed for loan payment while trying to seek unemployment. I feel that i got the wrong end of the stick and shouldn't be obligated for them terminating me when i was ready to come back and fullfil my loan as long as it was in a safe and proper manner. Just look inside a truck yard and no one drives the posted speed(5mph)                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          We'll thank you for hearing me out and i could go on and on but i'm still stressed and fatigued with all that i had to go through.
