I went to Fontana CA. This weekend(03/03/2013) to try to get a job with CR England. I went to truck school at Western Truck school in West Sacramento, January-February and got my class A license, and decided to sign on with CR England.

They paid for me to travel on the Greyhound 500 miles (sacramento-Fontana) to attend their class. After being at the hotel for a few hours one of their instructors(Rick) came to the lobby to meet with students. I let him know that I was part of the ten day program with my class A already. My program was 160 hours with western truck school and right off the bat he started mocking my school, saying students learn more in 16 days than what I did in four 5-day weeks. Pretty much all you learn more is how to use electronic logs and trip planning, which all the major companies make you learn if your a new driver anyways, and Western taught us how to use paper logs which the small companies still use and I hear is harder.

So first impression has been that the instructors are arrogant, unprofessional and will talk trash to make their school look better.

The next day (Monday) they have us pay the non-refundable "admission" fee which is usually 100 dollars. They then have their "Doctor" (a self righteous CHIROPRACTOR) come in and make you fill out your medical paper work with all 70 other students. Later on, we end up having to get a physical from this psycho. But before I do my drug test, one of the nurses sees that I had a concussion and surgery on my face 10 MONTHS ago and that I am taking anxiety medication. So we go talk to the "Doc".

He starts saying that I need a signed release form for my concussion(which I got one for the job I had been currently working for, and worked for six months before quitting to start trucking) and that the DMV wont approve my medical card taking my prescriptions. I call him out on his B.S. because I had just gotten 2 physicals in the last 3 months by 2 different Physicians(not CHIROPRACTORS) and had 2 medical cards already stamped by the DMV. So he decides to change his answer to CR England doesn't approve of my medications. He then asks me how well I know my Doctor and says if I know him well enough to have him fax paperwork saying I haven't taken my medication in 90 days, so I can restart next week.

This "Doctor" wants me to lie and have my Doctor lie about my medication and then take a drug test, which I would assume would show that I'm still taking my meds, and screw my Doctor over and me over even more!!!

At that point I was being sent home to "do" this with my doctor, but had to hang around the yard for 4 hours for a ride back to the hotel and then to the bus station. While their I talked to a previous student that was saying that while testing to get your Class A license with CR England(Remember, they are registered to test you like the DMV) that if you get an instant fail, they will have you turn around, start over, and crumple up the test paper and get a new one!

This company is a joke, one of their drivers came in(not a student) and while turning across the opposing lane to come into the yard, couldn't even get the truck into gear and had to come to a complete stop in opposing traffic and grind it in to get moving again.

DO NOT come to CR England if you are a student Driver, New Driver or Driver that has not been on the road for awhile. They teach you bad habits and make up their own rules with their onsite "Doctor" and "DMV"

I am going to talk to my Doctor, and I do know him well, but I'm going to be talking to him about legal action for their "Docs" Mal-practice.
