Complaint Review: Cradles to Crayons learning center Daycare Westfield NJ

 I had initially enrolled my 5.5month old child on an as needed basis wit the daycare. As my child grew into 2 yr old classroom he began attending on a wkly 2x per wk basis then into 3yr old classroom sometime later. 3X wkly.. Thats when the many problems began with numerous injuries an incident reports during his stay there. it should be noted by just a few months into the classroom there were scratchers,bruises and unexplained injuries which I later found out were inflicted by a combative child who appeared to be inappropritely placed and accepted due to some out of control daily combative behavior of daily tormenting and hitting other children. mentioned to owner that maybe child should be evaluated as it clearly was an issue with most his classmates. to no avail I was forced for my child's safety after witnessing numerous attacks I had no choice but to give 2 wk notification and request refundable deposit of 50%monthly tuition which was due provided I give written 14day notice which I gave nearly 3 wks after mnth tuition pd in advance. that was 7 wks ago and owner refuses to take my calls after previously telling me wks prior she would mail chk in full.
