Crafters' Paper And Supply Company doesn't like to send people the products they paid for Kalamazoo Michigan
I ordered an item from this company online. After paying, I received confirmation of payment and delivery time (5 - 10 days).
After 7 days, I decided to shoot them an email to request my delivery confirmation number, so that I may track the purchase. I never received a reply.
on day 10, I called. They have a voicemail set up. I left a message; no reply. I called a few times after that; nothing. By this time, it was day 16
I didn't get a peep out of them until I filed with the BBB, and they MADE the company reimburse me. I received an email immediately after from the manager confirming my refund. That's it. My item was never shipped, my communications were ignored for two weeks, and I don't even get an apology or explanation.
If you go to the BBB website, you'll see that they have about 60 of the EXACT same complaints from customers over a 36 month period.
Do NOT do business with these people, as they have no clue how to conduct it. They'll take your money, not send you the products you paid for, and ignore your calls and emails until you raise holy heck with the BBB about it.
