Bought a chair from this company in late 2009. After sitting in it I notice a puckering of the fabric on the back of the chair. Complaints to the company I bought it from (Turner Furniture Avon Park Fl.) were ignored at so I contacted Craftmaster Furniture.
They refused to do anything as well. But in my research of the company I found out that Craftmaster is owned by a Chinese company - Lacquer Craft. And this company is owned by a Holding Company (also Chinese) that is headquartered in... are you ready.... Cayman Islands. So no matter how hard I/we push for justice the big wigs are safe and sound outside the US. We could go after the little guys here in the US but why bother as like drug lords Samson Holding will only just replace them with new troops.
Bottom line is don't buy from Craftmaster. They may make furniture here in the USA but the US workers are forced to produce to Chinese standards.
