On June 26, 2009, I special-ordered a Craftmaster Furniture sofa and chair from Cooper Furniture Showcase in Muskogee, OK.  Upon delivery, the furniture appeared as if it were pre-owned.  The fabric was exceptionally loose after sitting on both pieces from the start. The fabric would wrinkle and not stay taut.  I contacted "Louise", the owner.  After a few weeks, she came to my house to look at it and also thought that it looked defective.  She contacted your company and you replaced the seat cushions, but nothing was done about the backs.  She commented that her upholstery man could fix the backs.  Nothing was ever done about that.

The new cushion inserts did little to improve the look of the fabric and when Cooper Furniture was contacted again, she said that your representative would only allow $150 for the problem.  A check was issued to me for that amount.

Upon contacting the Craftmaster Furniture Corporation, I was told that they did not authorize only $150 to be compensated.  The Craftmaster rep was contacted several times and then came back with... "because I accepted the $150, I was saying that I would have the furniture repaired on my own."  Nothing was ever mentioned concerning that matter, nor would I be able to have any upholstery work repaired for $150.  This furniture states that it has a 1 year warranty on the fabric.  This has been going on since June when the furniture was delivered and nothing acceptable has ever been resolved.
