Craftmatic Ajustable Bed I paid 6,000.00 for a craftmatic king size bed, that came in 2 pieces (2 twin size) I think they over charged me and I cannot sleep on the bed, when I tried to call them about this they were very rude to me, and said all sales are final. I would have thought after paying this kind of money for something you should be satified with the product, I was ripped off with this bed, West St. Paul Minnesota
I payed $6,000.00 for this king size craftmatic bed that is really 2 twin sizes pushed together, I told the sales man that my husband and i sleep close to one another and he said we would not even notice the crack between the 2 beds ( what a Crock ) we may as well push the 2 beds apart and sleep seprate.. when I tried calling to have them pick up the bed they were very rude, and said all sales are final. how can a company expect a consumer to pay this much money for a product and not care if the consumer is satisfied ??
we can't sleep on this bed it make my body hurt. there's no way i can resale it to even get half of my money back, and if I could I wouldnt because this bed is totally useless.
I want my money back or at least part of it so i can buy something i can sleep on
