I purchased a Jura brand espresso maker on eBay as a surprise gift for my husband. I was told there was shipping costs then was told there was no shipping costs as advertised. Craig offered to pay the wire costs as he did not have Paypal and it was an inconvenience to me. I wired the money to Tina Vong as instructed by Craig on the phone and was advised on the phone it was being packaged for shipping. Then told he was away for the week and his "associate" would ship it before the Friday. Craig emailed me and stated "no more delays".
I have never heard from him by phone or email again. Many many attempts to contact him have not been replied to. I paid for this item in full on Nov 12.09 today is Dec 7.09 and I now believe it was a scam. eBay must begin to screen potential sellers better. I reviewed the feedback score and going back several years it was positive and legitimate, don't know why or what happened to turn these people terrible. I would not sleep at night ripping people off. Just give me back my money, that is all I ask from Craig and Tina Vong. Shame on you!
