He promised to repair pool leak quickley and efficently. Contracted with him on May 21. Two months later no repair. He is a real crook.
This became a nightmare. We paid him $1850 to do the repair. Finally brought another company in. In less than a hour the pool was fix. They charge me $228 for repair.I have contacted the B.B.B. office. Also the atterney generals office.I called the tv stations and will take him to small claimes court.

Forchetti Pools has been Servicing Thousands of customers in the pa & nj Area for over 40 years. I believe the person that has slandered their good name is another pool company . I have seen credible companies discredited falsley by competitors and feel this is the case. Forchetti Pools repaired my pool 18 years ago and it is stiil working perfect.. I have reffered many friends & family members to Forchetti Pools over the years and all were absolutley satisfied...This is the only complaint I see about Forchetti on the internet. All else are VERY POSITIVE remarks about Forchetti. Summation....Ruthann Huntington valley is probly a SPAMMER.

This claim agaist me is without merrit. My company was hired to diagnose a leak in the pool and we did! We aproched this type of repair in two TWO PHASES which was clearly communicated in WRITING ON THE CONTRACT SIGNED BY HOMEOWNERS. PHASE 1 repair cost of $1850 was if the leak was under the concrete deck in the pipe in a 2 ft x 3 ft area to be excavated. If after excavation and re pressure-testing the leak was not at that location then PHASE 2 would be nessesary which would consist of installing a new pipe to filter at additional cost.Upon of cement deck removal and re-pressure-test we observed that the leak was in the actual Shell Wall of the pool(only evident after cement deck was removed for physical view) which is not in the area of the Phase 1 cost however we offered to fix it at no additional cost. The water was too high to fix on that day so we informed homeowner(who is a do it your-selfer) that we could glue a pipe extender inside the pool return to seal leak. Upon next day arrival the homeowner inforfmed us that they simply glued in the pipe extender. they later requsted there money back.We told them that we already performed the PHASE 1 and the cost was Due. Phase 1 included excavation , pressure testing on two seperate occations and complete leak detection diagnosis to find the leak (that other companies failed to do prior as stated by the homeowners.)We are a family buisness for over 30 years satifying a thousands of customers and this ONE false complaint is without merrit.
