STATEMENT FROM EAST COAST WHOLESALES:
Reviewed this case from 7 years ago. It was very cut and dry. Customer was unhappy with returning the scooter at his cost on shipping it back as stated in our warranty. We offered him a full refund when it came back and we overided the 15% restock fee.

craig is a scam please dont buy from him. he sells low quality items and when you get your item from him and see that its bad he gives you the run around . my story is short. i bought the 200 watt scooter like many others it was used .however the ebay auction said new in the box and in mint condition it was not. he did pay me back after a threat to file a claim, but did not pay for shipping it back to him. guess who got stuck with that, your right me. i have tried to collect it but its like you fell of the face of the earth with him . he dont answer emails or phone calls. so thats where i came up with he is a scam, all he wants is your money! i have asked ebay to suspend his sales on ebay, i have done it all, even the BBB still nothin. so if you dare good luck i would not. im like mama if i would have only known of this scammer awhile back. i would not be making this report now!!! It took this customer 3 months to return his scooter for a refund. He complained for 3 months while his kid rode the scooter and never returned it. Once he did we refunded his money.
