East Coast Wholesales TRUSTED BUSINESS REVIEW: East Coast Wholesales dedicated to total customer satisfaction. 24 hour support staff available to assist in any way.
Not good service and product-electric scooter. Recently purchased. 1000 Watt scooter from wholesale/East Coast Scooters.com or whatever they call themselves these days. We received it yesterday. The seat was stained with dirt and look like the bike was put together and then taking apart because there are worn marks on the detachable metal parts as well as defects and missing parts. And when you call to speak to him, he is rude, short and he hangs up on you!! I'm not sure how he has lasted in this business as long as he has, in this day and age where good customer service is key to keeping the business going and being successful.. I, too am a business person and I would never treat my customers the way I was treated when contacted him. The p problem with people like him is that he forgets that he himself is a consumer and that he wouldn't like this if he was in my shoes receiving shoddy product and spoken to rudely on the phone when he'd call customer service : Craig has incredibly horrible customer tact; no customer etiquette. Fortunately for him the person I bought the shoddy scooter (that came in a box that looked like it was used 100 times) for actually like it and didn't care about the defects on the scooter. I have checked eBay to look at the Scooter website and to see how many negative feedbacks they have. It was not that many but that should've been enough for me not to order it and to think that I was going to order one for myself too on their website. Hell no! I wouldn't recommend this company to anybody! If Craig is the owner he needs not to answer the phone; he needs to be in the warehouse packing the boxes and sweeping the warehouse. He is a total turnoff if you need to contact him about shipment, etc. the problem with Craig is that he thinks that he is running a charity instead of a company that people are actually paying him hundreds of dollars for his scooter(s). He is a front for this cheap Chinese made piece of crap. Deceptive advertising: you see a man on a truck with brand-new looking boxes putting together that very same scooter and yet when you receive the box it looks so beat up it's not even the same box! No wonder the 'company'' has so many negative reviews on the websites.
