Complaint Review: Craig Proctor Productions

This is about the Production company only and has nothing to do with the products that this company offers. This simply has to do with a poorly run company as far as treatment of employees.

I worked for this company for 4 1/2 months. I worked very hard and dilligently to sell and uphold the company name. With no warning or previous notice of intent, I was fired from this company after 4 and 1/2 months which is illegal without some form of notice or severance options.

I was fired not only under unjust terms, but the company would not send me the required papers for me to declare employment insurance even after multiple messages were left for all management members.

Side note, the way they calculate their top salespeople is incredibly flawed. The top salespeople are given 4 times the amount of leads that the bottom salespeople are, yet somehow they still feel justified in comparing apples to oranges when comparing the total sales for the week. In reality their top salespeople and bottom salespeople sold about the same amount, but this was calculated WITH the extras that the obvious top salespeople were handed.

When I tried to explain that this method of calculation was completely and utterly flawed, I was shunned and ignored and told that I was just not good at this type of atmosphere.

I have learned that the rotating door is still happening with this company and I know that many like myself have unfortunately been victims of poor management by this company.

Again this is not to slander Craig Proctors products; everything he offers is legitimate. I only hope that others looking for a sales position will read this and please stay away. It's a waste of time.

I am pleased to say that I have since managed to enter a great company and am considered one of their top representatives.
