Complaint Review: Craig Sean Enos

I know this guy. He is a  walking definition of a dead beat. I knew him for 14 years. He's put his daughter and her poor mother, through hell her entire life. Not only did he abuse the mother, he abused his daughter and the mother's other son. The daughter was molested under his supervision. That alone should put his a*s in jail. He has 3 DUI's and never pays his court fees, child support or, anything that the court required him to pay. There is a warrant out for his arrest, almost every month, for non payment of child support/dui fees. This guy is a MONSTER! Anyone that comes in contact with this guy in the photo, at the top of the screen, should run for their lives! Good luck to this family. They need all the help and support that they can get. Making the mother feel bad for wanting to seek justice, is completely asinine. You should feel stupid for posting that....

I am in the same vote the ex husband has been working under the table to evade maitnenance enforcements for four years now. In Canada after $2000.00 in errors maitenance enforcement reports them to the credit burow after $3000.00 their licence is renewal will be denied. They are denied passports and federal licences. This is not justice for the children My daughter went over to visit her Papa last weekend. her Dad showed up and took her for a drive after I told him he is not to go anywhere with her in a car with him behind the wheel and no licence. The worst injustice Ive experienced so far is the fact that His licence was up for renewal on his last birthday Dec 29th 2004. He was denied through Maitenance enforcement.

To Laura in Menifee who thinks this mom should be grateful for the $161.00 dollars because you (Laura) only get $27.00 - you are out of line with that advise. Just as Shelly in Florida who thinks custodial parents who persist in obtaining justice and support for their children are obbessed. So you worked two jobs and didn't bother trying to get the child support your son's father should be paying doesn't mean that is the right thing to do. Who took care of your boy while you worked 2 jobs? Likewise with Christine in New Jersey. Custodial parents have a duty to take every measure at their disposal to see to it that the non-custodial parent pays child support.

First I just want to say I do not know this man, and secondly I would like to point out that this "person" is not a company for which Rip-off reports was intended. Though I agree a man needs to take care of his responsibilities there is a civilized way to go about it.

Why does nobody question the motives of the person who submitted this so called "complaint". Is this how to go about collect your dues? This post was only intended to embarrass and humiliate the man in question. I might ad nobody here knows the whole story, and nobody here even knows if this is his child.

I find it hard to believe anyone who claimed to know this man just happened to come across this page. What are the chances? The woman who posted it sent them here. I personally would not put any stock into the word of a woman who would resort to public humiliation in order to manipulate public opinion.

I am not saying doesn't owe the support, I don't know that. What I am saying is this is nonsense and you who posted it, you who came here and posted at her request, should be ashamed of yourselves, as well as any man who doesn't take care of his responsibilities. Two wrongs never have, never will, make a right.

Go to the courts. That is what they are there for. Nobody reading this will ever be able to help you. This really is none of my business, but reading this low class attempt for revenge just turns my stomach and makes me ashamed there are people like you in our society.

The mother of this child should be thankful she only had 1 child by this kid.
I had 3 sons by my husband,left the controlling marriage when I was 4 months pregnant with my third son " who died 8/7/2004 in a car accident when he was 21". I left my husband June 1982, I had to get on welfare, and I fully 100% cooperated with child support enforcement and never recieved a lick of child support from him. My eldest son is now 29, second son is 25, and third son is deceased. My ex-husband hasn't seen them since I left him in 1982, because he's to cheap and stingy to spend the money for the trip from Mexicali,MX to WA. state. He always worked using his SSN, he had a drivers license, and a green card, but the state always claimed that they couldn't find him. He worked in the US and he even used my sons to file his income tax every year and get the earned income credit that i never recieved a penny out of. But when the federal gov. started requiring the childrens ssn,he had to stop claiming them, because he didn't have their ssn. But that didn't stop him, he got together with another slave, and had 6 more kids. If the dead beat parent is from another country, you can count on not getting any child support. The lazy state workers don't want to put the effort out to look for someone that they automatically assume is using a different name and or ssn, which wasn't the case with my ex.
They could of collected from him if they just put a little effort into it. Oh well! to late now!

I think it's the mom that is obsessed with getting back at the dad. Seems that she has too much time on her hands and should put more energy into raising her daughter. Stu obviously has never seen the mom.... because she is FAR from cute and smart.

My husband worked with Craig for several months and I agree with the last poster! He's a total CREEP. He is obsessed with getting back at his daughter's mom, which is sad because he puts his poor daughter right smack in the middle. He would talk about how he will "work under the table until his daughter's 18th birthday so he doesn't have to pay anymore child support than he has to". His girlfriend seems nice, but you can tell she's hiding something. My guess is Stu is right, Craig kicks her at least once a day. And I know for sure that he lives at her place. Why doesn't he man-up and show his daughter what a real man acts like;they provide a good home, are successful, are good role models. I doubt that will ever happen. Sad.....

He's always mooching off somebody. Dude can't even hold a job because he's such a self-absorbed jerk. His girlfriend acts like a whipped puppy that gets kicked at least once a day. if he knew she had been molested and let them be alone anyway i think that counts as child endangerment. get with the principal of the school and call the police immediatley. That is so, so wrong and I hope he goes to jail for letting that happen.

His daughter has divulged to her school principal this past Tuesday that her 11 year old cousin has been sexually molesting her. She had told a male schoolmate that her cousin had sex with her, then went on to explain the act of intercourse, then asked him to have sex with her. The boy went home, told his parents, who in turn called the school to report the incident. The principal called her to the office where she explained to them that, while in the care of her father, her cousin was "trying" to have sex with her. The school called her mother Tuesday while at work to inform her of the situation. She immediately called law enforcement who advised her to bring her daughter in to report the incident, which she did.

Her daughter explained to the officer that the abuse started several years ago, and that she had told her MR.ENOS the first time. MR.ENOS never told me. She went on to tell the officer that after telling MR.ENOS he restricted her cousin from being around her for "about a week", but then she was left at Grandma's, VALERIE ENOS, house with the cousin to be babysat while MR.ENOS was at work-eventhough he claims he doesn't work. (She lives with Mom but visits her MR.ENOS every Thursday overnight and every other weekend). While being babysat at Grandma's the cousin was allowed to sleep in the same bed a her daughter, this is where the abuse continued. She explained that while Grandma was "asleep in the same bed" her cousin would touch her vagina and try to get her to have sex with him. The last incident was within this past month. Mom took her to Children's Hospital after the report was finished. They did a brief visual exam then referred her to the Chadwick Center for forensic exam, which will be done within the next week or so.

Tuesday she informed MR. ENOS what was going on and he replied,"That was like 3 years ago and he was kept away from her for a year, AND he was in counseling because of it"! But, he never told MOM.

Wednesday morning MOM filed an Ex Parte motion to stop visitation with MR.ENOS pending the outcome of the CPS/Chadwick/Police investigation, which was denied. She is now with MR. ENOS, eventhough she vocalized to the school principal that she DID NOT want to go.

MR. ENOS has counsel, Linda Wesson-Greenberg, but MOM doesn't. MOM's house is in escrow right now because she can no longer afford the payments. She has no money for an attorney. MR. ENOS has continued to work under the table, for OCEAN ELECTRIC 373 LA CRESTA ROAD EL CAJON, CA 92021 619-444-2778 OWNED BY JOHN PEREZ-HIS GOOD BUDDY, so that he only has to pay $161.00 per month for child support, which he is always behind, but he can afford a lawyer?!?!?

THE SYSTEM IS FAILING THIS CHILD ONCE AGAIN!!!!!! IT'S AN OUTRAGE!!!!!!!!

Be happy that you get that "messly" $161 a month. My daughters dead beat dad only has to pay $27 a month in child support. For some reason Fresno County doesnt think I deserve more than that even though child care for her is $500 a month. That doesnt include getting clothes for her or medical care. My daughter has never even seen her father either. So be happy you at least get that.

I totally feel your pain about this dead-beat but I speak from past experience. My deadbeat owed our son $591 a month in support and he too works under the table. I got tired of the chase and said screw it!

Sure I had to work my butt off to support our son but now he is 15 years old and he see's the true color of his father.

To make a long story short the scum bag hasn't had the chance to see his son because his son refuses to see him. Just move on and let this one go.
