Craigsflagger Took my money but won't fix the software problems Internet

I purchased the software, it didn't work. I decided to just move on and rack it up to a bad decision. Then my computer had to be reset so I lost everything. I decided after a few months to try to use the software again but all was lost. I contacted customer support, after a few back and forths they said that they had prior computer issues and a few accounts were erased so they were giving me everything I needed to install again. Then within a few hours I received the following email.

"Hello Dan,

As you can imagine, dealing with craigslisters all day long, we get many stories. We dont usually replace any software for free. I do see some old records that show, you did have it installed, and our tech set it up for you.

What we can do for you, since this issue is not really that we disbelieve you, but the resources your absorbing..

We can give you a 50% discount off the bundle you had originally. All of our software is current, and up to date. I guess you have not read the terms.. one install on one machine only, this is in the license, the terms, and its the little check box you must check when you install the apps in the first place.

To use our software, and be a member, you must read and follow the rules and instructions. This isnt like facebook.. where you just mess about until you figure it out. Our prices have limitations. You have exceeded what you have paid for. I see over 40 messages between us. This is due to not reading. Imagine if someone came into your store and just randomly picked up objects.. and asked you whats this.. whats it do? where did you get it.. with out even looking at the objects.. or reading the price, one after the other.

Your treating support like a chat room so far.. like we are here to read it to you. Most people never contact us. There are very well done instructions and tutorials. If i were to allow you to download anything again, against our policies.. it would just be another stream of questions due to not reading.

If you agree to do your own reading and research, and pay another 59.99 for the resources you absorbed for no reason, we can allow you to resume your membership here. If not, then we dont have any choice but to discontinue our relationship. Your not holding your agreements with us at all so far.Our license and terms are in place for a reason. We deal with craigslisters all day, and we dont play around here, at all.

So in a matter of a few hours it went from "sorry it was our fault" to "you're lying and it's all your fault you don't have your software" oh ya, and.... "we deal with you CRAIGSLIST people all the time and know you are scamming us". Hmmmm....yes, someone is being scammed...but it's not you Jackie, it's me. Lesson learned.
