4/23/07 at 10:56 AM placed order; order was to be shipped in 8-10 weeks by UPS; charged full amount to credit card within 24 hours. Order consisted of Austin Sandy style cushions for sofa, loveseat, chair, and ottoman as well as a pair of bolster pillows in three different, specified fabric patterns.

Called in May; left a message. Returned message explained order would be shipped in late July.

Called in late July; left a message. Returned message explained order would be shipped first week in August.

Called on 8/20/07 at 1:12 PM after repeated messages left same day. Company representative explained that order was delayed and would be shipped the week of 9/10/07 and would credit card account 10 % for our patience for the delayed order.

Called the week of 9/17/07 to check status. Company representative explained order was complete but the company had broken their UPS shipping machine which would cause another delay and the order would be shipped end of September.

Called the week of 9/24/07 to check status. Company representative explained that she did not commit to the end of September but committed to the week of October 8th. When asked about the 10% credit being applied to the credit card account, the representative explained she sent it to their accounting department and did not know why it had not been processed. Representative re-confirmed order was completed and awaiting shipment.

We finally had our fill of being lied to and realized that we were not ever going to see our cushions so we filed a claim with our credit card company to get a refund. Thanks to our credit card company after waiting for another month, we finally received a credit to our account. However, we did not receive our 10% credit that was promised by CrateFurniture.com.

Our advice to consumers, DON'T ORDER ANYTHING from this company! IT IS AN INTERNET SHAM TO GET YOUR MONEY without delivering merchandise!
