On June 10, 2008, I ordered replacement cushion covers from Crate Furniture Corp. I was told that I would have to write a check, since something was wrong with their credit card machine. I mailed a check in the amount of $474.05 in full payment of my order.

After several weeks, I started calling the company to find out the delivery date. I left messages, but my calls were never returned.

On July 18, 2008 I wrote them a letter asking for a reply and a delivery date. After reading all the bad reports about this company, I now know that I have been ripped off.
