Complaint Review: Crate Furniture - Homespun Fashions

I recently ordered replacement cushions from crate furniture to the tune of $400.00. They have my money and 3 months later I have no cushions. I have tried to contact the company and can only get an answering machine (they do not return my calls).

I have turned this over to the BBB in the area of Petersburg but they have said the company cannot be located and have closed the case. I want my money back but don't know how to go about getting it. Obviously I'm not the only one.

This company should be shut down so that this does not continue. If anyone has suggestions please say so.
