I ordered cushions for a sofa and love seat, about the middle of September. They were promised in 6-8 weeks, which would have been n.l.t. mid-November. Called around 1 Dec and got no person, later that night I was told by a recording that the order was in the factory and would be delivered within 30 days. It's now January 9th, and still no furniture.
