Cratefurniture.com Furniture ordered for a homeless shelter library in NYC was ordered on 4/8/08--it may never be delivered! Moseley, Virginia
On 4/8/08 I ordered 2 loveseats, 2 endtables and 1 chair for a NYC Family Shelter library I am creating through anoutreach program at my church in New York City. After repeated calls to find out when the furniture will be delivered I now see from the other complaints I may never get the furniture! "Patti" told me the same story about the credit card machine being down so I sent a check for $1,929.57. Anything you can do to get me my money back or get my furniture would be helpful. These people should NOT be allowed to be in business. This is shameful what they are doing. They never call you back. Do they even exist??
I now have to raise another $2,000 in order to buy some furniture. This is really not fair to the 95 families who live in the shelter and are expecting a nice new library room when school gets out. I have patiently waited the 6-8 weeks that Patti told me it would take to deliver the furniture. Now my patience has run out. I am prepared to do whatever it takes to put these people out of business.

Everyone who has issues with non-delivery of goods or refunds should file a report with the Internet Crime Center since this is internet fraud he has committed. Go to http://www.ic3.gov. You can file a complaint online. It's a partnership between the FBI, the National While Collar Crime Center and Bureau of Justice Assitance.
