Complaint Review: Cratefurniture

Cratefurniture will not deliver ordered items as promised and customer service has no capacity to make delivery or refund happen. ripoff Petersburg Virginia

I placed an order on March 27, 2007 by phone with cratefurniture.com. They charged my credit card for the full order on April 3, 2007. Delivery was promised in 8-10 weeks. I called in June when no order was received and was told by Julie Wells the items would ship on July 16th.

When no order was received, I called on July 23 and was told by Ms. Wells that the owner had changed all of her shipping tickets and the order would ship on August 20th. I told her that was unacceptable, have tried to get her to ship immediately or allow me to pick up the order or to cancel and credit my card.

As of July 26th Ms. Wells can not confirm that the cushions have actually been made, can not write a shipping ticket and get them shipped if they exist, and can not allow me to pick them up in Petersburg a 3 to 4 hour drive away, nor can she credit my card immediately.
