We ordered a kitchen set through Crawford Furniture in Tempe in Mid-July, paid in FULL and STILL don't have the merchadise (Dec. 1st). We have a similar, but less expensive floor model of theirs as a loaner which we have asked them to pick up numerous times.

We cancelled the order over three weeks ago and called MasterCard to reverse the charges, which of course, they are trying to dispute. They never returned phone calls at any stage through this whole disasterous experience. Even when we were politly trying to find out when we were getting our table. The date kept getting pushed back, and pushed back.

The owner is being a huge coward hiding behind his salesman. Even when we spoke with the owner on the phone he won't admit to being anything more than a manager, even though we have a letter from MasterCard written by him opening "I, Gary Vose Sr., Owner of Crawford Furniture...."

How long should you have to wait for backordered merchadise? Gary shows no respect to his customers and doesn't deserve to be in business.
