Complaint Review: Craycroft Studios

I sent 54.00 to the owner of the studio via their website www.craycroftstudios.com and never received my package. I contacted Joe and he said that he will not re-send the package nor will he give me a refund. He has no tracking number or record of sending the item. I have contacted the post office and they state they do not have the item nor are they able to locate it without a tracking number. I have been ripped off by this company. Buyers beware!
