My husband purchased a 2007 Seadoo GTI Jetski from Crazy Freddy's back in December 2006 for a Christmas gift. He paid a total of $9860.00 in cash and was told the jet ski would be shrink wrapped and delivered in February 2007.

After three different dates, the Jetski was delivered, unwrapped on February 26th 2007. Needless to say, delivery was refused.

It is now May 29th 2007 and after months of promises and unreturned phone calls, I finally got the Jetski. I had to physically check the lot at Crazy Freddy's myself because I was told they couldn't find the machine. Then once I found it, they could not start the Jetski.

The customer service of this company is the worst I have ever dealt with. No one will take responsiblity for anything, nor will they give a last name so you can't file a complaint.

We have dealt with Umberto, Ray, Kelly and Jimmy (the manager, not the owner as I was told) and still no last names.

I would never, ever suggest anyone deal with this company for any motorsport items. I wish I could put them out of business to spare someone else the same months of nonsense.

I was told today when I received the Jetski by Jimmy, "Sometimes people just fall through the cracks" What an excuse.
