Complaint Review: Crazy4Digital Digital Kings Tech Pro

crazy4digital.com accepted an order for a 50" Plasma TV which I wanted to purchase as a Father's Day present. I called them before Father's Day and they said they had the unit in stock. I made payment and was told that a tracking # would be sent by email. One week later I called to check the status as I never received a tracking #...they told me that the item was out of stock - sold between the time I called and when my 'order was processed'.

The salesman told me that the Plasma would ship in a day or two and not to worry. 2 weeks went by, Father's Day passed, no tracking #. Cancelled my order and purchased from another company who had it in stock, shipped the next day. Crazy4Digital is a no-good, lousy outfit collecting funds for equipment that they do not own or stock. Stay away from them at all costs!
