CrazyCustomCaps Order never arrived but charged for, Internet

I order three "custom caps" aprox. 4 or 5 months ago. I was promptly billed on my credit card. Hats have yet to arrive. It is very hard to get a response from this company-for which there are many complaints. I know Australia is a long ways away but the order should have been here by now. The hats are sent in such a way that there is no way to track the order. Very upsetting as the hats were going to be a Christmas gift. No way to get my money back without contacting my credit card companys fraud squad and cancelling my card.
