Complaint Review: CRC Magazine Company

I'm receiving harassing phone calls and being billed for magazines that I have not ordered. Also they will not let me cancel my order, but keep offering to lower the payments making the pay period even longer. I have asked to speak to a supervisor but I do not get a response. I 'm still being billed for the magazine and I don't want to mess up my credit score.

About two years ago I recieved a phone call from about ordereing magazines. They explained that I would be getting five magazines a month for $20 a month. This sound like a great deal because ususally I pay $4 to $5 a piece for a magaizne in the store. So I took the deal. But after a year went buy I could not afford to make the payments every month because I was not working and was going to school full time. So i called and asked to cancel my order, the woman then explained that I could because the company has already ordered the magazines and that I must pay for them anyway. She then stated that she could lower the payment to $10 a month. So I agreed to that. Then a couple of months later I recived a phone call stating that I will be recieving for more free magazines a month and that I owuld not be billed for them. But the next month I recieved a bill for $20. I then called the company again and asked to cancel my order. The woman said that I would have to speak to a supervisor,I asked and she stated that he was not there. I called again a couple of day later and got the same response. At this point I've had enough I dont want the magazines anymore. I'm still being billed for a product that I do not want and I not able to pay both bills every month. I've received harassing phone calls and bills stating that they will send my order to a collection agency if I do not pay. I do not want this to mess up my credit score because I'm trying to buy a car. So if anyone has any information or suggetions that will help me it will be greatly appreciated.
