I am filing a claim against Creately because I noticed charges on my bank account from them. I hadn't heard of the company and had to look them up. I didn't have an account with them. I checked my bank account and they have been taking money out since June 1st in the amount of $6. They did this four times. I did not sign anything giving them permission to do so. I don't know how they got my bank information. I would like a refund and for them to stop taking out money from my account.
