This company is dishonest. The owner's name is Missy and she is very unprofessional.  She salts clients properties double or triple the amount of times that aren't even necessary, just so that she can Bill you more.  The company is half the size it was in the beginning, possible due to her dishonesty and clients are getting smart and seeing who she really is. At least one of their employees is an alcoholic, so he's on the job practically every single day with a mean hangover. Thus this must have an effect on the quality of work he does and how fast he can get the job done.  Also, they put their 401k matches days later than is required by law. A former employee of theirs called the State on them to tell of their dishonest practices. She was shorly afterwards released (fired) of being an employee there. I believe, the government did Not end up fining them because they straightened up their act within the warning, of 30 days, that was given to them.  Hopefully the State of Wisconsin and the Feds keep a keen eye on them. They might find other business practices that are unlawfully not followed by this company.  Eventually, they will reap all that they have sewn.

Createscape has done our landscaping for 6 years

In the past 6 years, Createscape Landscaping has done numerous landscape projects for us at 2 different locations.  Each time, the owner has met me to discuss the project--she arrived on time at the designated location, and was courteous and respectful of my budget and my design input.  The company had the work completed in a timely manner, and billed me exactly what I was quoted for each project.  The company and its owners are reputable, honest, hardworking individuals.  I will continue to use their company for all of my landscape needs.

I have been a customer of Creaescape Landscaping for both landscaping as well as snow removal for the last 10 or so years.  Createscape handles our corporate and also has worked on some of my personal landscape/snowplow needs.  After working with many different landscaping contractors previously I have found that they go above and beyond expectations and pay attention to the details.  For years I would watch other landscaper's employees walk along mowing the grass and run over everything that was in their path including paper, plastic ect.

I was surprised when we first switched to Createscape to see multiple times where employees took the time to pick up items as they were mowing and actually pay close attention to pop up sprinkler heads.  We never had a situation where we would have to call to have them come back and resalt or plow.  It was just taken care of.  I have been exceedingly happy with the services that have been provided for my business as well as my personal and would highly reccomend this company.

To those who take the time to read the original post and her follow up... Please understand the following. The original poster of this report is going through a rough time at home. Her marriage is coming to an end and she is lashing out at everyone including a senseless and baseless attack at her husband's employer. She needs our help as well as our prayers to see her through this rough period she finds herself in.

The original poster is not a past or present customer. She also does not have direct knowledge of the day to day operations at Createscape Landscaping Services.

The only fact she is hanging her hat on is a 401K payment error that occurred over seven (7) years ago. The mistake was discovered and immediately corrected when it was brought to the attention of the owners of the company. Its a common mistake that has been made by several successful companies. The error was caught by the company's accountant and was corrected in less than 30 days. No harm... No Foul... and it hasnt occurred since.

The other accusations have already been dismissed as false. I am also not going to address the original posters comments about her husband as that is a private matter.

As I have already said. Don't take my word for it. The proof is in the thousands of extremely satisfied customers Createscape Landscaping Services has had the absolute pleasure of serving.

Thank you for your time. Please pray for the original poster and that she will one day find peace and happiness.

To the sister of Missy:

Here is a reply of hers (your sister Missy) word for word (proof) about the 401K issue. "In 2007, we learned that our IRA deposits were not being made on a timely basis, although our accountant, our financial planner and the company who manages it never brought the problem to our attention. After learning of the error we made a correction within 30 days." So this is proof of what I said. I do not lie. I have the right to freedom of speech. This was given to us in the first amendment. Just because you sister acted like she Knew nothing about it, you are supposed to be aware of the type of employees you hire. Ignorance is Not Bliss. You are still held accountable. To be nice. I warned you sister about the alcoholic man, because I did not want harm to come to him, nor the very expensive equiptment of hers that he drives daily. He has two past DUI's from 20 years ago, that there must still be record of. I told this to your sister as well.  I am and was doing Missy a favor by letting her know of this information. But if she wants to keep her head in the sand like an Ostrich and not believe what I told her, then that is her choice. She will not admit it, but she KNOWS that, that employee is an alcoholic. All she has to do for the proof is look up his past driving record. It still must have a paper trail of some sort with the police department. But I don't know if she would want to spend the little bit of money to do that research, since she is such a cheapskate. She promised all employees profit sharing too, just to make their company sound better than it actually is. Come to find out that the profit sharing for employees was all a lie. I guess that is the typical bait and switch tactic that alot of company's use now of days. Which is sad that they feel they have to lie to get what they want.

Her (Missy's) response word for word about the alcoholic "I will monitor this though, as I would not want to have any problems resulting from it, if there was an issue." If she really wants to monitor it, she can have him blow his breath into one of those devices that tell of a person's blood alcohol level, but again, she is probably too cheap to want to buy such a device. They make Pilot's do this alot too now of days, since there has been too many plane crashes and mishaps. Which is very sad in my opinion.  ACTIONS speak louder than WORDS do, let's see how she decides to monitor this. All talk and no action on Missy's part I'm sure.

Also, I was threatened by Missy that she might take me to court for "Slander" if I didn't take down the couple of posts that I posted. I posted nothing wrong, all facts  and the rest are opinions, so she won't have a case and I'm not afraid.  I did take the post down off of yellow pages, just because the alcoholic kindly asked me to. So as to try to keep some peace with him. The posts on this site say thery are permanent so there's no way of taking it down.

Plus, after you attacking what I said, when you don't have the all the facts , is just sooo very ignorant and irritating.  So should we continue this back and forth stuff? or are you done now? I have much better things to do with my life than to waste any more of it on this subject, thank you very much.

1st report the rants of an estranged wife

#6Consumer Comment

Tue, March 04, 2014

Full disclosure:

My sister Margaret (Missy) Reinholtz is the owner of Createscape Landscaping Service. I want to be clear and openly honest about who I am verses the person who filed the initial report against my sisters company. I am also a customer who has had both snow removal and landscaping services professionally performed by Createscape Landscaping Services.

The first report which I am responding to is not from an actual customer. The report was submitted by the estranged wife of a current employee of Createscape Landscaping Services. I will also point out that the report is completely false and baseless in its claims. It also exposes the dangers of the world wide web and websites that do not confirm the integrity of reports submitted.

Createscape Landscaping Service has been in business for over 20 years and continues to grow every year. The business began in the basement of my parents home and has grown into the Landscaping and Snow Removal powerhouse that it is today. Anyone familiar with the company and its origins knows the statement of "The company is half the size it was in the beginning" is completely false.

Anyone in the business or for that matter follows the news this year about the ongoing salt shortage knows this report is not true and completely false.  The salt supply is so low and tight in Southeastern Wisconsin this year that any snow removal company would not be in business long if they were oversalting or overcharging customers. For anyone to make a claim like this simply does not know the true story and is inventing scenarios that do not exist.

Furthermore, there is no company that would knowingly allow an employee on any jobsite if that employee was operating under the influence of a controlled substance. This claim of an intoxicated employee reporting to work is also completely false.

If Createscape had violated the law with regards to 401k payments the government would have been swift to act and there would be cases on file... none of which exist.

Createscape Landscaping and Snow Removal services has thousands of satisfied customers. Their employees are first class and are always completely professional. As they say the proof is in the pudding. Don't take my word for it. Simply contact any of their past or present customers and you will discover that the work performed is always first class, exceeds customers expectations, and customers are completely satisfied.
