Beware of this company. My daughter signed a contract with Creative Artist International to apply for her O1 Visa. After paying the initial fee, the work provided to her by the company was of very poor quality. Over time they became less and less responsive.
My daughter worked with them to get close to a final package after doing most of the writing and editing herself. We paid an expedited fee for the union letter that was required and discovered after the fact that the letter provided was forged. Upon paying the final expedited fee for submission of the final package pretty much all communication ceased except for a few excuses as to why it was taking so long.
In the end it became apparent that the application was never submitted. We lost thousands of dollars, valuable time and experienced tremendous stress. The company continues to be unresponsive to my requests for a refund. Don’t sign a contract with these people!
