Complaint Review: Creative Artist

I hope to be clear, sorry my english. I´m upset for the treat me of company Creative Artist, your customer service not is efficiently and effectively as said the contract.

for 6 months I made the payment for my visa process 01 and they have not given me the tracking number and they do not answer emails,no phone nothing there are only excuses, but they do not tell me anything about it.

the contract is clear when it say about breaches

I need an explanation.
