Complaint Review: Creative Chrome Factory

Took my 64' buick rear bumper to creative chrome to be rechromed on 2/24/06. Told it would be 6-8 weeks and cost 600.00 bucks with half down. Payed 300.00 down that day and started calling week 7 and have called every week and gives me excuse after excuse. Will not return my calls and believe they have lost the bumper. This bumper could cost 1500.00 easy to replace. Trying to get credit card company to get my $300 back while I have contacted bbb, consumer affairs, tv station "7" on your side. Cannot begin to tell the stress factor.
