Ben Houser put a coating on my concrete that was to "look" like stone in 2007. It cost me $6000. It was to have a 5 yr warrantee. I should have suspected no good when my bank called me after he showed up to cash it before the ink was dry. The stuff is falling off, yellowed and is cracking. I have called and emailed until I am blue. I filed a report with the Better Business Bureau also in 2007. I am going to be relentless until he makes good on the warranty . So far, in 2 yrs, Ben Houser has not made arrangements to fix it, although he did show up at my house out of the blue last year, with no promise or plan to fix it. Why he showed up here, made no sense. He refused to work with the BBB also. Check their site.
