My son's daycare hired this company to take pictures.  I figure it would be like any other school pictures.  Long story short, this company (creative images) did in fact charge me $53 for one CD with one picture on it.  When I asked for a refund (their order form is impossible to understand) I was told NO.  Just NO.  This company is designed to rip off the American public, even in this economy.  There is no cancellation policy with these scumbags.  The only way they will cancel is if the picture quality is not up to par.  Which it's not, it is terrible.  However, to get an actual refund half of the picture would have to be completely gone.  I talked to some lady, who was having a bad day based on her attitude.  She said something and told me to hold on.  She put some guy named Todd on the phone.  Todd did proceed to laugh at me when I asked for a refund, and even went so far as to say he was doing me a favor by taking my son's pictures for free before he charged me.  If you are thinking about going with this company please do not.  $53 is not a very big deal to me.  What bothers me most is the flagrant way they are ripping people off and then laughing about it.  If you are considering this company please consider this.  There is NO cancellation policy whatsoever.  Once you send them money you get what you get.  There are no negotiations, no talking about it Etc...  All you will get is some guy named Todd laughing at you on the phone and saying NO.  The only good thing about this whole situation is that it is 2012 and actual paper pictures are very outdated so these guys most likely have about five years of business left.  The fact of the matter is they were only able to stay in business this long because they do rip people off every day.   If you want to be daring go ahead and hire them, GOOD LUCK.  Next time I will take my son to an actual studio where I will be able to have a real person explain to me the prices, cancellation policy, etc...
