Complaint Review: Creative Labs

Yet another Rebate scam..required info, docs, and UPC tags WERE Absolutely sent to Creative. Of course the UPCs fell out of a sealed envelope..Happens all the time..so naturally, Creative cannot process the rebate request..I sent them Photocopy of all the docs I sent them, including the UPCs...Not good enough the Creative hack Bellowed in the E-Mail declining my request. They can Keep the 10 bucks....I hope they enjoy the FREE publicity they'll be recieving from posts like this...Turtle Beach makes some nice sound cards Cyber Acoustics make some Great speaker systems..I own 3. and include TB cards in PCs I sell..Beware the Creative deals unless the sale price doesn't involve a rebate..odds of getting it are slim..if you read the consumer complaint forums like Ripoff report.
