Complaint Review: Creative Resol-ve CPR Company

Creative Resol-ve CPR Company Olympia Resol Fraudulent Business Practices and Deceptive Hiring Practices to boot. Los Angeles , California

This company is Olympia Resol's excuse for a training site / school / rip - off. No only are you illegally trained by not being fully trained according to standards required by LAW, and therefore....not fully aware of what to do when someone is choking, hurting, or DYING in front of you, but all of your paper work is being, more than likely, shuffled into a folder somewhere that ends up lost or falsely replicated later so AHA won't discontinue her card supply. Call back a year later to verify that you took the class and see what I mean. The employees are hired as employees and then have to file taxes as independent contractors, and when I, an ex - employee ask for my tax information, I don't get any confirmation (two weeks away from tax time) that I'm getting anything in the mail to do with a tax summary, so you see, when you show up at whatever time you show up to take your CPR, ACLS, or whatever kind of class you need and you feel a red light kind of go off in your head, ask for your money back and go to UCLA or Helen McCracken, but you're risking consumer integrity / lack of legal certification. Don't even thinking about taking a class here.

High Praise for Creativeresol-ve CPR Company

#2Consumer Comment

I saw this report while trying to help a co-worker register for a class at Creativeresol-ve.

I have to say....this is Totally WRONG

We only have high praise for Creativeresol-ve CPR Company.

I am registered nurse at Kaiser and we have been using Olympia Resol's CPR services for years.
Another co-worker of mine worked with Olympia and never had a problem with pay or paperwork.

Olympia will work with human resource managers to make sure we don't get suspended if our BLS license expires [it's a rule in hospitals]. That's above and beyond most CPR companies.

She has a solid group of instructors except one and I believe is the author of this report.
I still remember her name ....Frances Allen.

I took a class with Frances Allen on August 20th, 2010 and she was the worst BLS instructor by far.
Her clothing was inappropriate (long socks with cut-offs and whenever she bent down, we saw her butt line)
She did not know how to answer any healthcare related questions.
This was really bad because we take these classes to update skills.

I know one of the participant, a Doc, complained to Olympia and they had a talk.
I think she was let go, that's why she's complaining.
