My computer was slow down and a message indicated large number of virus, back late April.  Few days later, in early May, I got a call from an unlist number, saying my computer is seriously infected and need to remove virus before it crash.  They said they are a major service provider for Window 7 pc. (I just purchased the desk top).  They would start the virus removal with me watching and they will later ask me if I want to continue process for a one time fee of $49.00.  I thought that was reasonable price.  After the tech rep. finished the "repair" he asked me to look at fee schedule for different service durations.  I was too trusting and just get the six month plan for $89.00.

One week later, another call came in (with one digit short phone number), the rep. said he is the same person who did the removal of virus.  He said he's Ricky Johnson of Creative Solution Online in India, the main office.  He claimed there's a problem with the system and will refund my money.  He asked me to go to computer let him get access of my computer and fill out some forms in order to give me refund.  I asked for a refund check but his superviser, I forgot his name, said I need to pay them mailing fee of $100 in order to get this check.  So I, again being foolishly trusting, let him get access of my computer.  I left the computer for a moment and came back seeing my account(s) were debit/charged, I turned off the computer and start calling credit card companies and banks to cancel and replace same with new numbers.  Later, the same person called again and I just did not answer the phone.

I called Creative Solution to question about this refund call, where the support rep. claimed that although they have main office in India, but they do not give refund.  Later, the rep called and said their competition have been stealing their customer and asked me not to reply to the other calls.  I thought to myself, How can they leak out my informations, or others, to their competition?  I also saw some complaints about this company as a fraud.

I have an email on 6/21/12, indicating they are from Creative Solution and is ready to give me refund of $89.00 to be credited to my account.  Asked me to call back, phone number is 786 275 5076, (that their contact phone number.  This contradict that they do not give refund and is suspecios.

Reasonly, I have a call from another phone number with one digit missing.  The rep. said he is Ricky Johnson from Western Union in India.  He said I have fund coming to me and want to confirm my account (same last four digits as the debit made by Ricky Johnson from Creative Solution in India).  This time refused to give him and asked for the phone number and any reference number.  I said I will check with Western Union and call him back later.  Western Union did not have any matching reference numbers and said they will not call to confirm any account numbers.  I filed a fraudelent report with Western Union.

Please be careful and not be too trusting like me.

To the woman who had the computer problems, this is just a warning, not only to you but to everyone. I dont have an issue with the comapny that you mentioned, but I do know that there are multiple scams that are out right now having to do with computer viruses. First off, never let anyone VPN into your computer. NO ONE. Once someone has control over your computer they can grab so much information, steal your identity and completely destroy your computer.

So beware of the phony ads that pop up ( turn on your pop up blocker first off ) and never let anyone VPN into your computer. Sorry that you lost money.
