We purchased carpet for our new home two years ago through Creative Touch Interiors (as mandated by the builder). Gabby upsold us on the carpet by more than $12k, telling us there was a 10 year warranty and they would immediately correct any problems we had. We called them three months ago to tell them the carpet was literally falling apart--shredding, not holding its shape, discoloring, etc. About a month later, they sent a guy out from Kenneth Hazzard Technical Services to inspect the carpet. While in our home, Ken Hazzard told us the carpet was in fact defective and needed to be replaced. We just got the report back from Creative Touch Interiors, stating the report said "no defect in material or workmanship" and our claim was denied, period. They blame the wear and tear on our dog.

Whatever you do DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE SCUMBAGS!!! Not only will they overcharge you in the beginning, they do not stand behind their warranty. Congratulations for scamming an additional $12,134 out of me! I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, our builder, this website, and I am contacting consumer complaints with TV stations in San Diego. I will also hire an attorney next week to file a civil case in Riverside for fraud.
