At the end of April, I sent CVS $1886 to sell 4 units in Myrtle Beach.  At the time there was only 1 Scam notice available so I got a "happy reference" from the company - (Norma Johnson - 401-952-8649) and she gave me a glowing reference.

CVS explained there would be a time delay while they got a title history on my units (2 weeks to start and then 30-45 days).  After that their "buyer" would have another 45 days to decide whether or not to buy.  After agreeing to "purchase" the buyer would then have what started out as 30 days and ended at 45 days to get financing.I continuously called to find out this information.  They have a "policy" of not calling you - you have to call them to get info.

At the end of the financing period, I was told that the buyer's loan had been denied so they "automatically" sent notice to a "B" team buyer.  Now I start the process all over again.  And all they have to do is close the sale me to get my deposit back!

Getting frustrated, calling several times, sending several emails to the CS Supervisor (Becca@creativevacationsolutions.com), who, it now appears has been out for a week with the swine flu (interesting, since I talked to her on Friday) evidently has now caused my record to be put on the BLACK LIST.  My calls are dropped (5 times today), my requests for copies of the title search results now, it seems, will not be honored until closing, and my requests for any other satisfied customers got this result that out of all the thousands of satisfied customers they have had, no one is willing to act as a reference (and I had to badger the CS Rep to get this).

So far, at CVS I have talked to Lovely, Mitchell Stone, Carlos, Amber, Becca, owner Scott Kirk, and all of the CVS department.  I am considering a FRAUD lawsuit, naming everyone above in it.

Can we all get together and create a class action suit?  Would it be too much for there to be justice in Florida?  If anyone has ideas of what to do, please post it.
